This single house is located in Eltville-Rauenthal. Rauenthal is a small municipal and belongs to the city of Eltville. It is the beginning of the famous Rheingau, with its beautiful scenery and nature, plus the renown whine pubs and small restaurants owned and operated by local winegrowers.
The freeway is less than 3 miles away and easily reached. A few exists on the A66 and one is at Clay barracks. Hainerberg and Amelia-Earhart-Center are even closer.
Grocery shopping either in Walluf or Eltville for daily needs. The large shopping area in Wiesbaden-Biebrich is not far away (Äppelallee). There you find major furniture stores, shoe stores, grocery stores, etc.
Above mentioned utility charges, plus the costs for heating and electricity. Heating is estimated between 200-250 ? per month, pending on how many persons will move in. Electrictiy is estimated at 100-150 ? pending on usage.
Total cost to the landlord would be 3250 ?, heating and electricity are handled by the tenant in addition to the 3250 ?.
